เป็นโปรแกรมหนึ่งที่ช้วยให้ผู้ที่ต้องการติดตั้ง ArcGIS 9.3 ลงคอมพิวเตอร์แบบที่มี ArcGIS รุ่นแก่าอยู่แล้ว ผมว่าเป็นโปรแกรมที่ดีมาก หลายๆคนคงสงสัยว่าจะทำยังไรที่จะทำให้การติดตั้ง ArcGIS แบบใสกิ๊กเหมือนของใหม่โดยที่ไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ โปรแกรมนี้ช่วยได้ครับ ไป download ได้ที่ Getting Ready for 9.3 - Uninstall Utility
แต่สงสัยว่าทำไม menu arcgis ยังอยู่ครบ เลยอะ ขอแนะนำว่าให้ใช้โปรแกรมพวก registry cleaner อีกสักทีเพื่อความมั่นใจครับ
อีกอย่างที่ยังคงเหลืออยู่ในเครื่องคือ ArcGIS License Manager !
